- it applies between June 1st and December 31st, 2022;
- employers voluntarily increase the gross monthly basic salary from 2,550 lei to 2,750 lei for active employees by the additional act;
- for the new employees, the employment contract will be concluded directly with 2,750 lei;
- it applies only to employees with individual full-time employment contracts at the workplace where they have the primary job;
- for these 200 lei no social contributions are collected (CAS – 25%, CASS – 10%, CAM – 2.25%) and Income tax (10%);
- 200 lei are not taken into account when establishing personal deductions;
- 200 lei is granted pro-rata to the actual monthly time worked and for the period when the regular salary was 2,750 lei.
