In the Official Gazette no. 1185 of 28.11.2024 was published Decision no. 1506 for establishing the minimum gross basic salary per country guaranteed in payment.
As of 1 January 2025, the minimum gross basic salary per country guaranteed in payment shall be fixed in money, not including bonuses and other additions, without, at the amount of 4,050 lei per month, for a normal working schedule of 165,334 hours per month, representing 24,496 lei/hour.
In the same document, Government Decision no. 598/2024 for the establishment of the minimum gross basic salary per country guaranteed in payment, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 529 Of 6 June 2024, is hereby repealed.
