We would like to bring to your attention that the framework model of the Individual Labor Contract was amended on Monday, July 19th 2021, by Ordinance 585/2021 on amending and completing the framework model of the individual labor contract, provided in the annex to the Order of the Minister of Labor and Social Solidarity no. 64/2003.
The two changes made to the framework contract are as follows:
- amendments to the clause „F. Job duties” which comes with the following completion –” The attributions of the position are provided in the job description, annex to the individual employment contract, except for the micro-enterprises with up to 9 employees, defined in art. 4 para. (1) lit. a) of Law no. 346/2004 regarding the stimulation of the establishment and developers of small and medium enterprises, with the subsequent modification and completion, which will complete a short characterization / description of the activity: ………………………………………………………………… ”
- amendments to M. 4, after point (c), a new point, point (c1), shall be inserted:
“C1) to inform the employee about the obligation to join a privately-managed compulsory pensions”.
