Starting with April 1st, 2023, by Order of the Minister of Finance, the amount of the delegation allowance regarding the rights and obligations of the staff of public authorities and institutions during the delegation and secondment to another locality, as well as in the case of travel in the interest of the service is increased to 23 lei and the amount of the accommodation allowance is increased to 265 lei;
Therefore, the maximum non-taxable daily allowance in the private sector for delegation in Romania is 57.5 lei / day starting with April 1st, 2023.
