According to the new regulations, the values of cultural vouchers have been increased to 210 lei per month and 420 lei per event. The new values established by Order of the Ministry of Finance no. 2,540/2023 will be valid for the second semester of the current year, starting from October 2023.
According to the provisions of Law no. 165/2018 regarding the granting of value vouchers, cultural vouchers can be offered to employees both regularly and occasionally, with the purpose of covering costs related to:
1. Subscriptions or tickets for:
- Shows
- Concerts
- Cinema
- Museums
- Festivals
- Fairs and exhibitions
- Theme parks, including those for children
2. Books, school manuals, music albums, films, in any format.
