For the year 2020, the companies incorporated before 21.07.2019, under the obligation of submitting the declaration upon beneficial owner according to law 129/2019, shall submit one declaration within 15 days from approval of balance sheet, that will cover both the obligation regulated in art 62 (1) of the above law and the one regulated by art. 56 (4).
Between 16.03.2020 – 16.04.2020 the registration activity at Romanian Trade Registrar will occur exclusively online, the applications having incorporated extended electronic signature.
All applications upon submitting the declaration of beneficial owner submitted electronically shall be accompanied by the declaration authenticated by a public notary.
