According to Law No. 275/2022 on the rejection of Government Emergency Ordinance No. 37/2021 amending and completing Law No. 53/2003 – Labor Code, as of October 6, 2022, initially abolishing the obligation to prepare job descriptions and internal regulations for microenterprises with up to 9 employees will repeal.
As of October 6, the employers are obliged to prepare job descriptions for each employee and inform employees regarding allocating duties.
Employers are also required to prepare the Internal Regulation of the company and bring it to employees’ attention.
